Ian brings a wealth of experience and an international perspective to the organization.

Jen Maclennan

Regional Director, Europe

As Fifth Ring’s Regional Director, Jen leads European operations and client services. Starting her career in journalism, she transitioned to PR at PPS Group, then to Fifth Ring, advancing from Head of PR to her current role. She has executed strategic marketing and communications plans across energy, maritime, logistics, and technology sectors, and plays a key role in crisis communications, showcasing her leadership and industry-wide impact.

Todd Gregory

Regional Director, Americas

Todd’s career is akin to a fine craft beer, blending perfect ingredients and local nuances to achieve excellence. With 15 years in Houston, he offers deep insights into client needs, crafting top-tier marketing strategies. His efforts have propelled Fortune 500 companies towards their sales objectives. Previously, as Vice President of Strategy at an Omnicom Agency, he aided AT&T fiber’s expansion. Todd also contributes as Vice President of Membership for the American Marketing Association Houston.

Debbie Ho

Regional Director, Asia

Debbie is an integrated communications expert who currently leads the Fifth Ring Singapore team, and possesses a wealth of experience across enterprise technology, oil and gas, consumer electronics, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Having been in the communications industry for eight years, she has worked with various clients in Singapore and around the region, including Siemens, Sony Electronics, Johns Hopkins Singapore, Roche Diagnostics APAC, HIMSS, GE Healthcare, Cisco and more.
