Building a Stronger Digital Marketing Foundation

The Context

Oxalyo combines business consulting with Odoo implementation and integration, helping organizations improve their processes, operational performance and decision-making. As the company continued to develop its market presence, it needed its digital communication to reflect this distinctive positioning more clearly and consistently.

BluePanda started working with Oxalyo to strengthen its marketing ecosystem across social media, newsletters, website content and organic search. The objective was not simply to increase communication activity, but to create greater consistency between Oxalyo’s positioning, content strategy and digital visibility.

The Challenge

One of the main challenges was positioning. Oxalyo needed to demonstrate its business consulting expertise without losing its identity as an Odoo integrator and Odoo Partner. At the same time, its communication needed to move beyond generic ERP messaging and show how technology connects with real business challenges.

There was also an important visibility challenge. SEO analysis identified opportunities across website structure, content depth, metadata, image optimization and internal linking. GEO testing also showed that Oxalyo’s visibility in AI-generated search was largely concentrated on branded queries, with limited presence for broader service and problem-based searches.

The Solution

BluePanda developed a more structured marketing approach connecting content, social media, newsletters, SEO and GEO. A recurring editorial strategy was created around business challenges and practical insights, with LinkedIn as the priority social channel and the Oxalyo blog positioned as the main source of long-form content. Newsletters and social content were then adapted to each channel rather than simply duplicating the same message.

In parallel, BluePanda carried out SEO and keyword research and developed recommendations for Oxalyo’s website content and structure. This included optimising page titles and meta descriptions, strengthening keyword relevance and content hierarchy, developing SEO- and GEO-oriented website copy, and recommending clearer service information, FAQs, internal linking and structured content to help both search engines and AI systems better understand Oxalyo’s expertise.

The Results

The work created a more consistent digital marketing foundation for Oxalyo, connecting its business positioning with its Odoo expertise across different channels. The content strategy also established clearer roles for the blog, LinkedIn and newsletters, while the SEO and GEO work provided a structured roadmap for improving organic and generative search visibility over time.

During July 2026, Oxalyo recorded strong improvements across its digital channels. LinkedIn page views increased from 92 to 217, unique visitors from 58 to 113, and monthly impressions from 1,700 to 5,060. The page also gained 50 new followers, compared with 15 in June. Newsletter engagement improved as well, with the English version reaching a 61.97% open rate and 39.44% click rate, while the French version reached a 63.91% open rate and 33.17% click rate.

Together, these developments show a stronger and more structured digital presence, supported by clearer positioning, consistent content and a growing focus on long-term SEO and GEO visibility.
