Member of the Executive Board
Gudmund joined wob in 1993 to become their CEO and is now a member of the executive board. He mainly focusses on branding and communication strategies which he successfully develops for many wob clients such as SAP, SAS Institute, Henkel, Deutsche Leasing, WEG and KWS. Originally from Norway, Gudmund moved to Germany as a young man to do his MBA at the University of Mannheim. Before he changed to communications business he worked in IT for Norsk Data, Dell and Wang. Gudmund is a devoted traveller of the world and sportsman.
Member of the Executive Board
Matthias is an expert in digital marketing and cross-media campaigns. His focus is on lead management as well as content marketing. During his 20-year career as a strategic advisor, he has worked with brands like SAP, E.ON, SAS, Henkel and Hermes Europe and has extensive experience in a variety of projects. In his spare time, he teaches Branding at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.

Gunnar is an expert in defining and developing brands, brand strategies and in advising companies on C-level, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. As a former Creative Director, Gunnar combines creative and strategic skills. Among his clients have been a range of automakers like Chevrolet, Seat or Maserati, as well as industrial companies and service providers. He also is the author of many articles and essays on B2B branding and strategy.
For over 20 years, Andreas has turned strategic theory into exciting creative practice. He has worked on location all over the world, e. g. in the USA and Brazil and has been a leading creative on various international projects. Since he joined wob in 1995, he has worked for clients such as Lufthansa Cargo, KWS, DaimlerChrysler, Mercedes-Benz, Losberger De Boer, Lohmann, Heidelberg Engineering, John Deere, Bosch, Leica Microsystems, WEG and SMS Meer.
Being at wob for decades now Markus has a significant share in building up wob’s digital expertise. His focus is on integrated campaigns and digital communication. He worked and works for clients like ebm-papst, Carglass, T-Systems, Leica Microsystems, SAP, Henkel Loctite, BASF, American Express, Autodesk. He also runs a recording studio and is a producer of amazing 80’s style pop music.
Digital MarCom Strategy and Planning
As a digital expert and marketing strategist, Daniel helps companies to uncover emerging consumer needs and new ways to capitalize brand experience. Specific areas of focus currently are brand and user experience strategy. Among his clients were E.ON, Fiat, Ford, Panasonic Toughbook and Vileda Professional. Before he joined wob he has worked at several leading global agencies across Germany and holds a degree in marketing and communication economy and digital analytics. As a former rugby player, he is still an active sportsman in cycling and running.
