He is also certified in Change Management (PROSCI) and Growth Marketing (Growth Hacking Institute). Pedro is responsible for managing the quality of deliveries and also for the general and strategic management of Sabiá.
Rose Ramos is a professional specialized in organizational transformation, agile and traditional project management and change management techniques. Very creative and business-oriented, Rose has 15 years of experience in various market segments. Currently, she founded and is leading Match IT, a startup of the group.

Vanessa Sensato is a journalist with over 15 years of experience in Communications in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship. She is experienced in building reputation and promoting and managing international partnerships, involving the private and public sectors. She holds a Master degree in Science and Technology Policy of the University of Campinas and is an alumni of the University of Hamburg, in Germany, and of Babson College, in the United States.

Niedja graduated in Public Relations with + than 5 years of experience in Account Manager and Planning. Certified in Digital Marketing in Lisbon, Marketing Strategies and Innovation at The University of Akron and Change Management by Prosci. Niedja is responsible for the accounts area in addition to supporting planning and Change Management projects.
