MMC LONGi TOUR

THE CONTEXT

We organized the MCC LONGi Tour as more than just a tradeshow—it was a platform to reshape the conversation around clean energy and sustainability. Our goal was to showcase LONGi’s latest advancements in solar technology while inspiring a shift in how industry leaders perceive and adopt photovoltaic solutions. Held in Cancún, Mexico, a strategically accessible location, the event brought together CEOs, COOs, and key decision-makers from LONGi’s partner portfolio across Latin America.

The Challenge

Planning the event came with several logistical and operational challenges. Finding the right venue, accommodating international attendees, and managing travel restrictions across different LATAM countries required careful coordination. Bringing operational teams to the event was also a cost-intensive decision, making attendance a key challenge.

To overcome these obstacles, we created a bilingual concierge service in English and Spanish to streamline the travel process. We assisted attendees with booking hotels, flights, transportation, and local activities through an omni-channel communication strategy, including WhatsApp, direct calls, and email

One of the biggest hurdles came just a week before the event when LONGi decided to restructure the entire event format to align with a similar event in China. This required our team to quickly adapt, working around the clock to execute last-minute changes while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

THE IDEA

Our vision was to create a fully immersive 360-degree event experience. We designed a series of keynote speeches, workshops, and interactive discussions to challenge conventional thinking and inspire innovative solutions in the photovoltaic industry. Attendees explored market trends, shared success stories, and discussed strategies to accelerate solar technology adoption.

A key highlight was the showcase of LONGi’s latest cutting-edge solar products, reinforcing their commitment to efficiency and sustainability. To enhance engagement, we leveraged the Eventzilla platform for seamless registration, QR-code check-ins, real-time event insights, and personalized attendee experiences. The event’s mobile app provided easy access to schedules, speaker bios, networking tools, and live updates, keeping participants engaged throughout the experience.

THE RESULTS

Ee successfully secured 61 confirmed participants, thanks largely to our personalized concierge service. The event increased awareness of solar technology in the Mexican market by 18%, strengthening LONGi’s presence in a rapidly evolving industry.

Beyond attendance numbers, engagement levels soared. We generated an average of 78 marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per month in LATAM, and post-event data showed a 19% increase in lead attention across our communication channels.

By combining strategic planning, digital innovation, and a commitment to delivering a world-class event, the MCC LONGi Tour successfully positioned LONGi as a leader in the clean energy revolution.
