Gemma is responsible for building and sustaining client relationships. She has 14 years of experience across EMEA and APAC at brands and agencies. Working for Inside Ideas Group, Media Agency Group, Ematic Group and SignalCX, where she has spearheaded multi-channel marketing approaches. As a hands-on Client Services Director, Gemma specialises in strategic brand development, transformation and marketing campaign integration. Working with a range of B2B and B2C clients across the public and private sectors, including BAE Systems, NHS, World Health Organisations, National Institute for Healthcare and Excellence (NICE) and several universities, local authorities and councils across the UK.
