The client’s main goal was to revive the Transport Logistic trade fair’s Facebook channel and increase the number of followers of the page. During the trade show, dialogue and engagement on Facebook would be encouraged, and two social media-based contests would engage visitors and industry communities.


The first contest encouraged visitors to post unusual logistics challenges to the Facebook page. Then, wob would draw an illustration of the story. For example, one fan requested a drawing of a kitchen appliance delivery to a home in Venice, Italy. The second contest showed images of things in unexpected places, asking for a possible explanation of how the thing got to where it was. How did ice skates get to the jungle? What is a submarine doing in the desert? Fans who engaged had the chance to win prizes.


Likes, shares and comments increased on Facebook and we generated about 1,000 new fans. On Twitter there was also a high level of activity, leading to 524 new followers.
