VMware, a global leader in cloud infrastructure & digital workspace technology had isolated partners in LATAM resulting in misaligned marketing strategies, limited brand support and enablement.

They needed to enroll and enable +100 key resellers on an exclusive marketing automation platform while aligning these resellers with VMware sales goals to replicate best practices, execute fully automated marketing campaigns each Q and increase pipeline.

Approach

BBN Mexico implemented Concierge Services, a consultancy marketing team dedicated to support resellers with the selection, implementation and execution of automated demand generation strategies and campaigns.

We also launched the “On their behalf model” where experienced Partner Relationships Consultants and LDR’s effectively executed all marketing campaigns on the reseller’s behalf.

Results

Content and marketing assets are now fully localized and adapted to each market, and are all available in the MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) for distribution and execution in the blink of an eye. ​

Additionally, we are now able to obtain valuable insights and data intelligence to optimize strategies for our client.
