Andrew is an ex-software engineer turned B2B marketer with a passion for customer lifecycle and engagement marketing for the ‘considered’ buying process. He developed the 3C3P Customer Lifecycle Marketing method – a strategic marketing approach adopted by many blue-chip firms including USG Boral, Mercer and Korn Ferry.
Andrew co-authors the annual Green Hat/AMI B2B Marketing Research report, Australia’s leading study on the state of the B2B marketing landscape in Australia.

Stuart is a creative, data-driven business leader with a proven track record of driving long-term sustainable growth.
He offers over 20 years’ customer, digital, CRM, data and brand expertise having previously held the position of Managing Director at one Melbourne’s largest media agencies; AU CMO for one of world’s most valuable brands; and in client leadership at CRM and creative agencies.

Shawn Low
Singapore Director
A media-savvy chameleon, Shawn’s passion for content, social media, marketing, travel, and tech fuels his versatile approach. He’s led content, digital, and social teams at numerous global agencies.
At Green Hat, Shawn helps key clients develop effective B2B marketing programs through strategy, content and account-based marketing (ABM). Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering quality work with the help of a global team of talented professionals.

Alison Ma
Head of Creative
Alison brings 20 years’ experience in B2B as an editor, copywriter and creative director.
At Green Hat, she is an advocate for the important role good creative plays in best practice B2B marketing. She has worked on ABM, lead gen and marketing campaigns for some of the world’s leading technology and sustainability brands. Alison works collaboratively with clients to shape and deliver a creative vision and strategy that strengthens their brand with B2B buyers at every stage of the funnel.

Jakob Naumann
Head of Digital Experience
Jakob is an experienced and analytical digital marketer with a deep understanding of B2b digital customer journeys, ABM, automation, MarTech platforms, Integrations, E-commerce and Omnichannel Digital Experiences in B2B and B2C environments.
At Green Hat, he works with clients to accelerate digital marketing automation strategies and design ABM solutions with a clear focus on digital experience.

Malte Weyhe
Head of ABM
Malte leads the ABM practice at Green Hat and has spent the last 15 years in various marketing roles in professional services firms. Helen Richards
Commercial Director
Helen brings her creative and production management background of over 20 years in the fashion industry to Green Hat. She has ‘grounded practicality’ and the lens of development and nurturing of Green Hat’s valued employees.
As Commercial Director for the agency, she manages the finance and business operations team as well as supports our HR function.
