Johan Astrom
Strategic Director

A solid proficiency of marketing in both Business-to-Business and for consumers. He has previously worked with Andersson & Lembke, and lefts as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi to start Aastroem & Co and A plus M. He has worked with several projects within company profiling both nationally and internationally. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Johan is currently leading the development of strategy in new projects, ranging from existing customer insights and future and brand strategy.

Sara Aschan
Managing Director and Account Director

Sara works with global companies in many different sectors and is currently working with clients in the US, France, Germany and Sweden. Sara has been in the communication business for the past 13 years as an account manager and account director. She encourages her clients to cross the line of common habits, thoughts and truths and aims to make them profitable through their uniqueness. She also encourages everyone out of their skill comfort zone, to be provoked, inspired and wiser.
